Make useful digital tools more coherent for the bowls community.
Clubs, districts, retailers, administrators, players, customers, and visitors all need different things from the digital side of bowls. Too often, that work is split across disconnected websites and operational tools.
BowlsPro’s purpose is to connect those experiences without blurring their boundaries. An organisation keeps its own public identity and scoped data. A person keeps one global account. Website content, commerce records, and future bowls operations stay in the parts of the product that own them.

That focus does not justify assumptions about an organisation’s structure. Clubs, districts, retailers, governing bodies, shared venues, and multi-organisation users remain distinct first-class cases.
Assisted onboarding
Technology works better when the first steps are understood.
Early BowlsPro onboarding is intentionally assisted. A prospective organisation starts with a secure account and an organisation request. BowlsPro reviews that request before provisioning access and the approved modules.
This keeps permissions explicit and creates a practical point to discuss the organisation, current website or shop, content, catalogue, domains, and the work needed for a responsible launch.
